Ballerina Kang Sue-jin will grace the local stage for a series of performances set to begin Friday, promising to captivate the audience with her nimble and elegant movements.

The prima ballerina of the Stuttgart Ballet will perform neo-classical works throughout the three-day gala titled “The Ballet” at the Seoul Arts Center Opera House in southern Seoul.

Big-name artists plan Korean concerts

Three world-renowned Korean performers - ballerina Kang Sue-jin, violinist Chung Kyung-wha and soprano Hong Hye-kyung - are returning home soon for performances.

 

Kang, a prima ballerina at Germany's Stuttgart Ballet, stages a gala show, "The Ballet," April 10 and 11 at Seoul Arts Center Opera House.
