Early next month, the Myeongdong Theater marks its first anniversary since re-opening its doors in its original form at the heart of the famous shopping district in Seoul.
Considered the capital city’s landmark performing arts venue for more than 40 years since its opening in 1934, many hailed its return hoping it would revive the vaunted theater back to its glory days.
