A few years ago, Suji Park introduced brunch to the nascent Korean psyche of weekend leisure. Now she completes the New York experience with deli meats, ready to be taken to-go for homemakers.
“I wanted to bring New York-style food culture to Asia,” said Park in her airy, sleek eatery where customers were waiting to be seated at two o’clock on a Friday afternoon, “and that culture can be distributed through a restaurant theme as well as deli meats.”
