‘Nodame Cantabile’ film offers rich classical music

Cantabile is a musical term meaning “singable” or “songlike.” “Nodame” is the nickname of the female lead character Megumi Noda, who aspires to be a successful pianist.
As the movie title literally suggests, drama-turned-film “Nodame Cantabile” has been successful in offering rich classical music not only for otaku fans of “Nodame” but for general audiences.
