Korea’s F1 track nearing completion

YEONGAM, SOUTH JEOLLA -- With the opening of Korea’s inaugural Formula One Grand Prix less than 50 days away, speculation that the track might not be ready in time for its October debut still lingers, even after the organizer unveiled the newly built track on Saturday.
The Korea Auto Valley Operation, the operating body of Korea GP, held a two-day “Circuit Run 2010” event at the Korea International Circuit in Yeongam, some 400 kilometers south of Seoul, in an attempt to brush off concerns about their preparation process.
