Troubled TV entertainer Shin Jung-hwan showed up at a casino in Cebu, the Philippines again on Monday.

According to Sports Seoul, Shin is staying at a resort in Maktan Island near Cebu with his girlfriend who arrived in Cebu on Saturday to comfort Shin.
