Police investigating Friday’s fire in a 38-story apartment building in Busan are putting weight on the possibility of electrical problems as the cause of the fire, officials said Saturday.

The fire first started in a locker room for the cleaning staff on the fourth floor of the building located near the southern port city’s most popular Haeundae beach, the police told reporters during a press briefing.
