Kim Jong-il more powerful than Osama bin Laden: Forbes

North Korean leader Kim Jong-il has been ranked 31st on Forbes’ list of the world’s most powerful people, while infamous terrorist Osama bin Laden came in 57th place, indicating that Kim Jong-il has been more influential than the head of al-Qaeda with his recent behavior.
Forbes magazine announced the list Nov. 3, and picked Chinese President Hu Jintao as the world’s most powerful person.
