Baduk master weds former reporter

Lee Chang-ho, 35-year-old Korean baduk (go) master of 9-dan rank, married Lee Do-yoon, 24-year-old former reporter of a baduk website and amateur go player educated at the Korea Baduk Association, at The Bailey House in Samsung-dong, Seoul, Oct. 28.

 

His teacher Cho Hun-hyun was the only professional baduk player among about 200 guests of both families. Lee had asked professional baduk colleagues and baduk officials to accept his plan to invite only family members of the couple. Only Cho was the exception, because Lee thought of him as part of the family.
