North Korea is highly likely to continue military provocations as it goes through a father-to-son power transfer, a scenario under which it will quickly lose support from China, U.S. experts said.

 

North Korea is “trying to intimidate members of the international community hoping their bad behavior will be rewarded rather than punished,” Strobe Talbott, president of the Brookings Institution, said in an interview with The Korea Herald.
