Army chief faces ethical question over building buy

Army Chief of Staff Gen. Hwang Eui-don is facing suspicions that he purchased real estate in Seoul in 2002 after learning in advance that the height restrictions for it would be loosened soon.

Hwang denied the allegation, saying that at the time he was not in any position to have any information regarding the easing of the height restrictions.
