Group launches anti-N. Korean balloons

A human rights group in South Korea released balloons carrying anti-North Korean propaganda leaflets across their heavily fortified border Tuesday, in retaliation against the communist regime’s deadly artillery attack last week.
The most recent launch of a propaganda offensive came as the nuclear-armed Pyongyang again claimed through its official media it has “many thousands of centrifuges” operating at its uranium enrichment facility and vowed to continue its activities.
