It’s D-day in the bidding war. After nearly two years of lobbying, the race to host the 2018 and 2022 World Cups is now coming to an end.

On Thursday in Zurich, FIFA will announce for the first time the two hosts simultaneously after the counting of a secret ballot by the 22-man FIFA executive committee.
